Devil's Food Cake Mix Cookies
1 box devils' food cake mix
1/2 cup of butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 bag of any kind of chocolate chips you want (or a full bag, if you'd like!)
(Emily usually uses the Andes mint pieces---Yum!---but has also used peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, regular chocolate chips, etc.)
Mix all the goodies together. (The dough is pretty stiff and sticky.)
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

I make these all the time. They are so quick and easy. Perfect for a rainy day. And I too enjoy them after a night in the cookie jar with a slice of bread to keep them moist.
I do these cookies all the time but with the funfetti box mix. SO DIVINE! My recipe calls for 1/3 cup oil instead of butter.
these look heavenly! even at 10 oclock in the morning!!!
These are super easy and yummy. I made them today for a RS event, and I used mint chocolate chips. They were a hit.
